Chips
We start harvesting in April, and keep going until fall, keeping our customers supplied with fresh potatoes that have a thin skin, high density and a beautiful round shape. Like our customers we are driven by a goal of zero failures in getting orders out on time. Our nine chip potato farms in differing locations add value for different reasons, such as high solids and low defects while allowing for market timing, delivery efficiencies and managing costs. Because of our scale and highly skilled team, we can add value to our customers in ways that other producers can’t or won’t.
