Corned Beef & Red Potato Hash Stew

Use leftover Corned Beef & Red Potato Hash to make a delicious and filling stew for a cold March night.

4 cups of Corned Beef & Red Potato hash

1 teaspoon caraway

3 cups of beef broth

2 teaspoons cornstarch

½ teaspoon cracked black pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a medium sized soup pot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 10-20 minutes before serving.
