Parmesan Dill Garlic Wedgies

2 softball-size red potatoes, skin on, cut into wedges
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
1 lemon, cut in half
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Combine potatoes, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, pepper, garlic powder and kosher salt in a resealable plastic bag.
Seal and shake until potatoes are evenly coated.
Lay potatoes on baking sheet, skin side down, and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and place on serving platter. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and sprinkle with fresh dill.
Makes 4 servings.
